ABOUT
My Coaching Journey
My career originally began in PR working for large corporations including ICL/Fujitsu where I found my interest and skill lay in preparing leaders to have a greater impact from a place of authenticity when giving press interviews. As a result of this I re-trained as a professional coach and became an in-house HR specialist coaching people in their career development and supporting employees at risk of redundancy.
I left to set up Chrysalis Coaching in 2002 which I have run ever since. I work one to one with individuals and executives as well as running experiential training programmes for groups internationally across many sectors, both in person and online.
A passion of mine is working with people to develop their confidence. I have created workshops for groups of young people in Cambodia and India designed to help them boost their confidence, manage their mindset and be able to support each other with coaching skills.
Training people in coaching skills is another passion as I know the impact these can have on a person’s ability to lead, to empower others and their personal fulfillment.
Outside coaching, I enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends, going for walks on the beach with my dog and also the peaceful balance of yoga and meditation.
